| Mr. Kwan participates in many civic and educational
organizations. |
What started as a two-man partnership by Paul Kwan, RPLS and Thomas
Staudt, PE, has grown into a corporation with two office locations
in Houston and El Paso, Texas. Landtech specializes in
offering infrastructure, transportation, and site development engineering,
as well as a full range of land surveying services including boundary,
topographic, right of way, and control. Our staff includes Licensed
Professional Engineers and Registered Professional Land Surveyors.
Our vision of offering "quality service in a timely manner"
still stands today. We focus on our client's development needs and
apply our personnel's strengths, experience, and our firm's resources
to ensure each project's success.

of our personnel. The average total years of experience of our Project
Manager's is 21 years in their respective fields.

Since our founding in 1985, Landtech has made a commitment to investing
in the latest technological advances in equipment and computer applications.
We were the first in Texas to purchase a Robotic Total Station in
South Texas in 1993. Our Surveying, Engineering, and CADD
Departments utilize the most up-to-date software, technology, and
state-of-the-art equipment.
Relationships:
We believe in developing and maintaining consistent communication
with our clients, thus establishing a relationship where we have
a clear perspective of our client's needs. In addition to our clients,
we also foster interactive communication with governing agencies
and regulatory commissions to assist in the development process.
Efficiency:
Our firm is unique in the respect that we offer both surveying and
civil engineering services. Our surveyors understand the scheduling
needs and level of accuracy needed by design engineers. Our engineers
understand the data needed by our surveyors. The efficiency offered
by this interaction is a valuable asset for successful project development.
