Landtech is providing professional services for the design of storm sewer drainage improvements, necessary concrete paving, curbs, sidewalks, driveways and underground utilities for the Briarmeadow Area, a total project length of 43,695 linear feet for the City of Houston.
We are identifying existing conditions and proposed conditions of public and private utilities, street and traffic, and drainage analysis. Proposed conditions topics will also include geo-techincal investigation, environmental site assessment, Construction Traffic Control Plan, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, tree and landscape impacts and protection, real estate acquisitions, variances, floodplain, jurisdictional determination, inter-agency coordination, and public meetings. Landtech is completing a hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of the existing and proposed drainage conditions for the design of rainfall and extreme rainfall. We are also comparing the existing drainage systems to the proposed drainage improvements and determining the hydraulic impact and mitigation options of the proposed drainage improvements to the existing drainage system.
Landtech is providing Construction Administration Service. Services will include, participation in pre-construction conferences and monthly construction progress meetings, monthly site visits, and completion of Site Observation Reports. In addition, we are also completing topographic surveys, plan view mapping, survey control maps, staking of baselines, tying boreholes and completing a City of Houston Site Control Monument.
