Director of Marketing and Business Development

Job Description

Landtech, Inc. is actively seeking a highly qualified marketing and business development professional to lead and position the firm to capture future opportunities by developing and maintain industry relationships, lead generation and tracking, and maintain the image and brand of the company. This position reports directly to the President and Vice President.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage Marketing Department including marketing staff supervision
• Lead and coordinate business development initiatives including strategic positioning
• Review current marketing trends and assess for implementation
• Lead formal RFQ pursuit process
• Lead public relations, marketing communication including collateral material, and marketing campaigns
• Develop strategy, implement, capture, and track project and contract opportunities
• Manage professional organization participation
• Represent the firm within the A/E/C community

Additional Job Functions:

• Assess, develop, and maintain consultant and political relationships
• Collect and maintain metrics for firm backlog
• Lead conference and association participation
• Oversee social media strategy and content marketing
• Oversee web page content
• Create quarterly marketing analysis for firm leaders
• Ensure compliance with firm Branding Guidelines
• Coordinate firm charity participation and internal events

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Equivalent, CPSM Certification a Plus
• 10+ Years Marketing Experience, A/E/C industry preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, Web Coding and Video Editing a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Lead and be decisive
• Manage time and be organized
• Recognize trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal and external team members
• Proactive work ethic
