At the end of every year Landtech likes to reward employees for their hard work and productivity by hosting a year’s end Holiday Party. What better way to do so than with free food, drinks and cash giveaways. It also serves as a time for the Principals to genuinely express their appreciation for employees’ dedication and distribute anniversary awards to those meeting certain milestones. This year 10 employees were recognized for their service, three of whom surpassed 30 years. To top off a great last year we added a twist by incorporating a masquerade theme into the event and booked Dukessa and a jester for added pizzazz. Employees and their spouses and family members all arrived donning the flashiest masks they could find fitted with beads, glitter, and feathers in order to win cash prizes for the Best Mask Contest and masquerade-themed “Guess Who” Game. The Holiday Party is only one of many company events Landtech hosts throughout the year to boost employee morale and allow coworkers the opportunity to mix and mingle, and with the average employee working for Landtech for over 10 years, it’s clear that our 33-year success is not only attributed to our quality of work but also employee rapport.
