Under an On-Call Contract, Landtech is providing land surveying services for the ExxonMobil Tract at Armand Bayou for the Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD). We are completing a boundary survey of approximately 170 acres of land of the ExxonMobil property along Armand Bayou from Genoa Red Bluff Road to HCFCD Ditch No. 2. This Project is in a heavily wooded terrain and is situated in five Mexican land grants. We are defining the Mean Higher High Water Line to exclude the acreage held by the State of Texas, and are staking approximately 90 corners.
