Landtech was selected to conduct a Feasibility Study for SH 27 from Spur 100 in Kerrville to Pankratz Road in Comfort for the TxDOT San Antonio District. The Feasibility Study will focus on identifying potential roadway improvements of the existing 2-lane roadway of SH 27 corridor that will improve mobility, enhance safety, and reduce existing and future congestion. Improvements may include 4-lane divided roadway the entire length with variable median options based on various design speeds and variable ROW widths dependent on drainage & utility requirements. Additional options will be defined for the City of Center Point segment due to the roadway being the City main street and commercial center requiring signalization considerations as well as ROW restrictions.
