Landtech, Inc. is part of team whom was selected to conduct a PEL study for the proposed improvements to Spur 5 from IH 45 to IH 10/Hardy Extension approximately 3 miles in Harris County for the TxDOT Houston District. The purpose of this study is to conduct an analysis and planning activities with resource agencies and the public in order to produce a transportation planning product that effectively serves the community’s transportation needs. The results of the study will be used to inform a subsequent project-specific National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process.
