Landtech was recently part of a Joint Venture team whom was awarded the project development for the proposed new location controlled access SH 36A by the Texas Department of Transportation Houston District. The work to be performed will consist of providing preliminary engineering services for the development of a design schematic, environmental documents/studies in support of the schematic work, public involvement, permit procurement, data collection analysis, mitigation, monitoring, drainage, traffic projections, traffic engineering and operations including traffic simulations and 3-D modeling, and surveying and mapping. The project limits are SH 36A from I-69 to SH 6 north of Hempstead on new location, approximately 45 miles located in Fort Bend and Waller counties within the State of Texas.
