Landtech provided land surveying services for the development of the new athletic and fine arts complex that serves Clear Creek Independent School District (ISD). The stadium, with a nearly 10,000 seat capacity, field house, athletic offices, press box and media center, and community area, will host a variety of athletic games and tournaments, graduation ceremonies, and fine arts exhibitions. Landtech completed a boundary and topographic survey of the 142-acre site and stadium entrance which required the resolution of a boundary overlap with an adjoining cemetery. Additionally for Clear Creek ISD, we are preparing a boundary and topographic survey for the reconstruction and renovations to Clear View High School and Green Elementary.
