Landtech was recently awarded an Indefinite Deliverable Contract for the Texas Department of Transportation Houston District for construction scheduling support services. We are utilizing Primavera scheduling software for various construction projects throughout Houston and Dallas. Landtech is providing/performing contract time determination, preliminary and baseline schedules, schedule updates, and time impact analysis. The scope of services include preparing a contract time determination schedule and comparison of the Contractor’s progress schedule, monthly schedule reviews and analysis, reviewing time impact analysis, investigating and analyzing Contractor progress schedules between adjacent construction contracts, monitoring and documenting construction progress, and identifying, tracking, and assisting in the resolution of construction scheduling issues or conflicts.
