Landtech is proud to announce that Billy Wolfram, RPLS, LSLS, CFM, has been elected Treasurer of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors (TSPS) Gulf Coast Chapter for the upcoming two-year term.

A highly respected leader within the surveying profession, Billy brings nearly two decades of dedicated service to TSPS. A member of the Society since 2006, he has served in numerous leadership roles, including President of the TSPS Gulf Coast Chapter, Executive Board Member, Chair of the State Convention Committee, Chair of the State Study Group Committee, Leader of the Houston Area RPLS/SIT Study Group, and Managing Editor of The Journal of the Gulf Coast Surveyor.

His long-standing commitment to education, mentorship, and professional development has helped strengthen the surveying community across Texas. Through these leadership positions, Billy has played an integral role in advancing industry knowledge, supporting future surveyors, and fostering collaboration among professionals.

As Treasurer, Billy will oversee the chapter’s financial stewardship while supporting educational programs, networking opportunities, and initiatives that benefit surveying professionals throughout the Gulf Coast region.
