Landtech, Inc. has provided services for the Lone Star College for over 10 years and currently holds an On-Call Surveying Contract. We have had the opportunity to work on or are currently working on ten campuses/centers. Surveying services have included boundary and topographic surveying, subdivision platting, and metes and bounds descriptions.
Under our current On-Call Surveying Contract, we provided a topographic survey for a new driveway at Baker Road on SH249 for the Tomball Campus. We also provided topographic and boundary surveying for the new Creekside Center. Landtech provided a topographic survey for the new Drilling Platform Training Center. For the Cy-Fair Campus, we provided topographic surveying for the proposed athletic field structure. Landtech also performed a topographic survey for the development of a new parking lot and cul-de-sac improvements. For the North Harris Campus, Landtech provided a due diligence study for the proposed East Aldine Center. For the Montgomery Campus, we developed a composite boundary map of the entire campus showing the school’s land holdings and established the perimeter boundary. In addition, we prepared a topographic survey for the construction of three new buildings, a parking garage, front entrance modifications, and new parking lot location as well as a new driveway entrance. For the design and construction of the Conroe Center we prepared the boundary survey for the property conveyance of the donated land from the Conroe Industrial Development Corporation as well as a topographic survey of the site.
