Sam Houston Tollway

Landtech is providing professional land surveying services in support of the completion of the schematic design and approximately half of the final design of the direct connectors between the East Sam Houston Tollway and SH 225 for the Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA). We are completing design surveys for four proposed direct connectors: from Sam Houston Tollway Northbound Main Lanes south of the interchange, to where it joins SH 225 Westbound connector west of the interchange (approximately 4,220 linear feet); from northbound Sam Houston Tollway interchange gore to SH 225 Eastbound Main Lanes (approximately 4,700 linear feet); from westbound SH 225 interchange gore to Sam Houston Northbound Main Lanes (approximately 3,100 linear feet); and from northbound Sam Houston Tollway interchange gore to SH 225 Eastbound Main Lanes (approximately 4,700 linear feet). Under a separate multimillion-dollar contract from HCTRA, Landtech is providing land surveying services in support of the construction of the East Sam Houston Tollway from IH-10 East to SH 225, for the Ship Channel Bridge Program, including the construction of twin bridges over the Houston Ship Channel in Harris County Precinct 2.
