LANDTECH WINS SURVEY CONTRACT WITH THE TxDOT AVIATION DIVISION

Landtech Consultants, Inc. is assisting the Texas Department of Transportation ("TxDOT")
Aviation Division with the implementation of their Capital Improvement Program ("CIP") for
2008 - 2010. In 2007, we were awarded an on-call contract for professional surveying services
for a two year duration, the first contract of this type ever awarded by the Aviation Division.

RECONSTRUCTION AND WIDENING OF ALDINE-WESTFIELD ROAD SEGMENT B IS COMPLETE, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS

Landtech Consultants, Inc. recently assisted Harris County Precinct 4 with the design for the widening and reconstruction of Aldine-Westfield Road Segment B, a $5.5 million project. This project is part of Precinct 4's Capital Improvement Projects program designed to improve mobility, safety, and air quality. The program includes road expansion projects, intersection improvements, traffic management systems, and sidewalk and signal improvements.

ANZALDUAS INTERNATIONAL CROSSING AT McALLEN, TEXAS - NEW US LAND PORT OF ENTRY

In March of 2006, the United States and Mexico issued a diplomatic note to the cities of Mission, McAllen, and Hidalgo to begin the design and construction of the Anzalduas International Crossing, a new port of entry between Mission, Texas and Reynosa, Mexico. The General Services Administration signed a Design/Build contract with JE Dunn Construction South Central for the bridge, approaches, and structures. Leo A. Daly is serving as the lead architect with Landtech Consultants, Inc. providing the civil design and surveying services. In order to lessen the impact this crossing has on the environment and to provide a healthier environment for the workers, the crossing is striving for LEED Silver certification.

REMINGTON SQUARE – CLASS A OFFICE SPACE IN A PARK SETTING

Capturing on the trend in Houston to develop high-density, mixed-use facilities, Caldwell Companies is developing Remington Square, a Class A office space with restaurants, retail, and training/conference center in a park setting. This project will surpass the typical suburban Houston Office complex by offering a place to work, eat, run errands, and exercise enhanced by the expanse of the commons. Landtech Consultants, Inc. is providing the civil engineering design for this 16 acre development.
